Can I exchange an item if it’s the wrong size?
Yes, feel free to swap your item for a different size if it doesn’t fit. Just drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can fill you in on the process from there.
The product I want is no longer in stock, will it be coming back?
Part of the Wonderland Store charm is limited edition products produced in one-off batches. This means that, more often than not, once a product is out of stock it unfortunately won’t be coming back. But fear not, we’re constantly innovating and creating over at HQ so, chances are, there’ll be something bigger and better coming to take it’s place.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?
Sometimes the postman can be a little slow, so we ask you to allow 2-3 days each side of the estimated delivery times. If there’s still no treats in your mailbox after this, then please hit us up at email@example.com and we’ll get our Sherlock on to figure out the problem.
Can I place an order online and collect it at the studio?
Absolutely. If you’re ordering from the Amsterdam area or happen to be passing through the city, then we’d love you to drop by our office at 116a Lauriergracht to collect your order and give us a fist bump.
